My story
By 38, I’ve already lived and shed many versions of myself.
I’ve had a wealthy life, and a life of deep debt. I’ve changed careers, crossed countries — with kids and without — and started from scratch more than once. I’ve been jobless with a baby, and found my way back into corporate life after my second. I was depleted by my job, and I turned it around, so I can still enjoy my corporate life while building a business of my own.
In every one of those chapters, I’ve had to let go of the parts of me that no longer served, figure out who I wanted to become, and make the choices that would carry me there.
Looking back at this journey, and at the weight of the choices I made along the way, I wish there had been someone to support me through the transitions. So that my nervous system didn’t have to freak out, and my body didn’t collapse, and I didn’t overwork myself for nothing. So that I could lead the way to my destination in flow, and with clarity, confidence, and full trust in myself.
The work I do now was born out of exactly this journey: out of the lessons I learned walking my own path, and the wisdom of the many great people I met along the way.
