In every transition, there comes a moment when the old version of your life stops working, and the new one hasn’t arrived yet. In that in-between, you start to doubt yourself, pressure yourself, and sabotage yourself. The way through is to keep making the choices that belong to the next version of you, not the one you’re letting go of.
My work is to help you see and break free from the patterns holding you back. Not as an idea, but as a living behaviour you can recognise playing out across every area of your life. And help you picture and feel the person you were always meant to be, not the version of you that looks right to everyone else, but the one you already sense is waiting to come forward.
From there, we work on expanding your capacity to hold the pressure of your own growth and making the small daily choices that already belong to the next version of you, so you stop giving your power away, starting now, not someday.
I work with your mind, your body, and your energy, blending Human Design, Gene Keys, somatic work and psychology, and meeting you with whatever serves you best.
We walk the journey from where you are now to where you truly want to be, with grace and integrity.

My story
I teach this the only way I know how — from my own life.
By every definition of success, I had it. And still, beneath the life I had built, I knew something needed to change. My work grew from learning to listen to that knowing—and making the choices that brought me back to myself.
